    I would explain this as the the situation where electron cannot be located finitely around it’s nucleus. This is analogously to to a prediction of football’s location height wise – it is not fixed during the game, but it’s most probable location is on the ground during the hole game and the probability to find it decreases at higher distances from the ground. The same happens to closest electron to the nucleus in it’s lowest energy level inside a hydrogen atom.
