    If we place the child on the carousel with both the electrically charged ball and the bar magnet (electron with spin), and we place the magnetometer at the center of the carousel (nucleus), we obtain the dipolar contribution due to the magnetic field of the magnet at the center/magnetometer (even with the carousel at rest) and the orbital contribution due to the moving electrically charged ball, when the carousel is moving.
