    In order to measure influences (the magnetic field at the origin) we need to use the magnetometer and place it at the center of the carrousel. I see two effects of the magnetic hyperfine interactions that can be reproduced in the analogy. By giving the kid the bar magnet, we can get the B_dip contribution. By giving the kid the charged ball and letting the carrousel rotate we get the B_orb contribution.
