    without hf: dE = |gJ*µb*B0*(3/2 – 1/2)|= 1.6*µb = 9.2614e-5

    With hf: -3/2 <=> -1/2:
    +1/2:
    dE = |(gJ*µb*B0 + A*mI)*(3/2 – 1/2)| = 9.2719e-5
    -1/2:
    dE = |(gJ*µb*B0 – A*mI)*(3/2 – 1/2)| = 9.2509e-5

    With hf: -1/2 <=> +1/2:
    +1/2:
    dE = |(gJ*µb*B0 + A*mI)*(1/2 + 1/2)| = 9.3245e-5
    -1/2:
    dE = |(gJ*µb*B0 – A*mI)*(1/2 + 1/2)| = 9.1984e-5
