    For the case without hyperfine splitting the energy required is 9.26E-5 eV.

    For the case with hyperfine splitting the energy depends on the transition.

    [-1/2 to -3/2]
    E(-1/2) = 1.54E-5 eV
    E(+1/2) = 1.54E-5 eV

    [1/2 to -1/2]
    E(-1/2) = 9.272E-5 eV
    E(+1/2) = 9.248E-5 eV
