for every angle presented on the x-axis measure the measure the frequency of the transition between magnetic levels at certain magnetic field. From this you can obtain the g-factor matrix. Maybe take these spectra at af few conditions ( temperature, pressure). From the g-factor matrix construct the PAS of the g tensor.
