You could imagine to be a ghost sitting in a center of a room with many side walls, in which you throw a bouncy ball so strong that it keeps bouncing around. You would continuously see the bouncy ball moving, mostly inside the room, and sometimes it will pass very close to you, sometimes even hitting you or passing through you. But it will mostly move all around you.
