    Imagine an electron is like a small ball moving around you. There is a smaller bubble where you are inside of, but you can see through it. This ball can float around outside your bubble but sometimes it also comes inside it because it likes to be close to your bubble. However, because your bubble is extremely small it will not happen alot. The time averaged position is just adding all positions with the chance the ball is in that position together.
