    The peaks in the spectra represent the decreases in anisotropy when the energy is enough to excite the nuclei, the resonance frecuency. To know the sign we can see that as the external field increases the resonance frecuency does too, so the field is parallel to the hyperfine field, increasing the hyperfine splitting and making it necessary to radiate more energy to excite the nuclei.
