    The Fe-I atoms have 3 four-fold rotation axis. Z can be any that I choose and according to theorem 2, the EFG tensor vanishes.

    The two Fe-II atoms have 1 four-fold rotation axis + 2 two-fold rotation axis. The four-fold one will be the z-axis.
