    For the FeI site, there are 3 4-fold rotation axis, one in each perpendicular direction. These form the axes of your principal axis system. We also have eta=0 and EFG = 0.

    For the FeII site, if we do not distinquish between FeIIa and FeIIb, we have 2 4-fold axis in the x and y direction (axes through FeIIa and N), and 1 2-fold axis in the z direction (axis through FeIIb and N). This means that, again, EFG = 0 and the PAS is known.
