    I think that there will be finite size corrections, and that these are for example the higher order terms in the electric multipole expansion. I don’t know whether the Bohr-Weisskopf effect will also play a role: this is an overlap correction, so I expect it is only relevant when there is electron charge inside the nucleus, however it does not vanish when the nucleus becomes a point.
