    If the electrons do not enter the nucleus then the Fermi contact contribution should be 0, but that is anyway independent of the size of the nucleus. The nucleus being spherical is not equivalent to a homogeneus spatial distribution of the nuclear magnetic moment in the nucleus so there might still be some contribution from the Bohr-Weisskopf effect and that would be a correction due to the finite size of the nucleus.
