From the first equation of slide 12, we can see the relationship between the hyperfine coupling constant “a”, the strength of the hyperfine field B_J, and the magnetic moment \mu_I. From the first measure, we can extract the strength of the hyperfine field (knowing the magnetic moment). Since we are taking an isotope, the strength of the hyperfine field is the same calculated in the previous measure (since the number of electrons has no change). Thus, we can obtain the magnetic moment using the strength of the hyperfine field and the hyperfine coupling constant.
