For the lowest 2D state: the total quantum number is 2, the spin is 3/2 and the orbital is d so 2. This gives a g-factor of 1.3125.
For the highest 2D state: the total quantum number is 2, the spin is 5/2 and the orbital is d so 2. This gives a g-factor of 1.729.
For the ground state when it is in a metal has a g factor 0.
