    The hyperfine field should be similar, but since the temperature is lower there is less kinetic energy in the atoms and the doppler effect is less noticeable, this allows more precise energy values to be absorbed and we can see more spectral lines. When the temperature is higher the kinetic energy is higher than the hyperfine energy differences so we can’t notice it that much.
