    The magnetic hyperfine field will increase in size when going from 50 K to 18 K. I don’t really understand why, so this is a guess: If the temperature drops, there will be less random motion on both the electron cloud and the nucleus. This results in the stationary field being able to persist, instead of being disturbed by the random motion. So the field is more stable.
