    When looking at the pictures, the scaling makes it appear as though the quadrupole term becomes bigger (by this I mean a smaller minimum and larger maximum, so a larger difference of min and max) for a smaller nucleus. Looking at the vertical axis shows that the opposite is the case as the scaling for each of the three pictures is different.

    In conclusion: With a smaller nucleus, the quadrupole term becomes smaller (smaller difference between max and min values).
