You know the nuclear spin, resonance frequency, applied magnetic field and the g-factor (mentioned in abstract of the paper) of the Sr impurities. So from the resonance frequency you can deduce the energy splitting . From this energy difference you can deduce the hyperfine magnetic field and the sign as well.
