    The fermi-contact contribution will be zero, since this depends on the number of spin-up or spin-down electrons inside the nucleus.
    For the Bohr-Weiskopf effect I would say that there would be some contribution, since the magnetic field the electrons generate extend over a larger region than they are present themselves.
