By using a device as shown in the video for performing EPR on a cristalline sample we can extract the energy spectrum for different applied magnetic fields of a specified direction with photon of a fixed frequency. From this we can extract the g-tensor by fitting it with respect to this spectrum and field orientation. This process can then be repeated for all the desired angles which will result in getting the given graph.
