To obtain this kind of plots we first have to tune the externally applied magnetic field to the seted mictrowave frequency to obtain the EPR transitions. Then from the absorption or first derivative of absorption spectrum we have to calculate the g-factor (for applied orientation of magnetic field). As the g-factor is a tensor we have to calculate it for different orientations of this externally applied field. Then having these values we present them by making plots of value of g-factor for the angle at which the magnetic field was applied.
