    Fe-II, it has 3 four fold axis with the origin of the PAS at the position of the N atom. This means that one of these 3 axis can be chosen as the z-axis and that eta=0. Also there are 3 four fold axis which means that the EFG tensor is zero.

    Fe-I, has the same axis as Fe-II thus the same conclusion
