    Experimentally we can measure the two a values (a1,a2) of the isotopes. Examining the formula for a and realizing that the B_j and J factors don’t change since is comes from the electron cloud we can find a formula to get mu2. This will look like mu2 = mu1*(a2*I2)/(a1*I1).
