In the quantum system there are certain energy levels that are permited while in the classical version there is a continuum. To evolve from the quantum verion to classical I would say that a huge number of levels in the nucleus are needed such that there are a huge number of quantized levels permited. Maybe go to I=infinite so we have an infinite number of eigenvalues or levels.
