    At low T, most of the nuclei will occupy as much as possible the lowest energy level (so m = +1), because of its lowest thermal energy.
    Therefore, looking at the spin diagram, we know that most of the nuclei will point upwards. So the orientation of the nuclear ensemble will be polarized, mostly pointing above.
