    1)Nucleus nuclear spin orientation has conical symmetry along z axis and pancake symmetry along x-axis
    The m=+1 state is lower than m=-1 state, but I don’t remember the meaning behind this

    2) At low temperature the Boltzmann distribution becomes smaller, which means that the energy levels should get closer in energy bandwidth. Thus the distribution would become more axial (pancake like).

    after the video it’s clear, that at low T the nuclear spin dominates in to the m=+1 direction as it is the lowest energy state
