J=0 and J=2 correspond to the anti-parallel and parallel orientation of the orbital angular momentum of the electron with respect to its spin.
Depending on the number of electrons in the shell, the lowest level will be the one with minimal J or the one with maximal J. In this case, J=0 is the lowest, so it means we have less than half filled shell.
Then, the lowest energy level will correspond to anti-parallel orientations (as seen in the webinar of framework) of S and L, meanwhile J=1 will be the perpendicular orientation, and J=2 will be the parallel configuration.
