    For l dropping with respect to d, we can observe the nucleus collapsing or imploding into a point-like object. The quadrupole term itself is converging to the exact value E0+E2 (perfect approximation). As E0 is fixed and equal circa -0.8 a.u. for cases l/d -> 0.60, 0.20, 0.05, the size of quadrupole term becomes always more negligible. The set of charges itself is also loosing its quadrupolity.
