    According to me the answer is no
    The Bohr–Weisskopf effect requires the electron wavefunction to be nonzero inside the nucleus.
    It does not depend on nuclear size alone — it depends on the interaction between the extended nuclear magnetic moment and the electron’s spin density inside the nucleus.
