Quadrupole term

The smaller the nucleus, the smaller the quadrupole term and deviation from the monopole term. This makes sense as the convergence of the multipole expansion also makes only the monopole term a more and more appropriate approximation. In the limit of a point-nucleus we expect only monopole terms.
