The isotope Cd-111 comes in a variety of excited energies. We are interested in 145 kEv.
For this specific energy of this isotope, the nuclear magnetic moment is -0.766 nm.
The (recommended) electric quadrupole moment is given by +0.64 b.
The site is not too difficult to navigate.
