Axial symmetry

This can easily be seen from the fact that the tensor has the same values for V_{xx} and V_{yy} but has a different value for V_{zz}.
The -e charges are symmetric around the Z-axis, the dumbbell does not look symmetric around this axis but will be depending on the orientation.
