To obtain the G6 and G7 defect in an EPR experiment with spatial anisotropy, I would need to prepare a sample with anisotropic g-tensors, acquire its EPR spectrum at different orientations, analyze the spectra to obtain the g-tensor components , I have to repeat the experiment with different direction of applied field
