We have a carrousel rotating at relativistic velocities. On this carrousel is a child carrying a bar magnet and an electrically charged ball. At the axis of rotation is a magnetometer.

Besides this setup, the child has superhuman strength and is able to move freely (according to a radial s distribution) on the carrousel.

The bar magnet creates the dipolar contribution to the hyperfine field. The charged ball gives the orbital contribution. The movement of the child close to the axis (or through the axis) is the Fermi contact contribution.
