    yes, the effect is there due to the size but i think it would be rather small, this effect. because the magnetic moment in the nucleus is not concentrated into a point but rather spread in its space. therefore, when a magnetic field is felt by the nucleus, the distribution of the magnetic moment within the nuclear space may contribute to the correction
