Due to the fact that all the electrons stays outside the nucleus the Fermi contact contribution is 0. So there is no energy corrections. If the electrons would be allowed to be inside the nucleus then there would be an energy correction even when the nucleus is a point.
Ok, did not took Bohr Weisskopf effect into account. Yes, there will be an energy correction due to the finite size, cause the protons and neutrons are orbiting inside the nucleus, orbiting charges produce currents and therefore there will be magnetic moments.
