    The g factor relates two vector properties of the nucleus: magnetic moment and spin.
    magnetic moment of a nucleus with spin I: mu = g * I

    a) ground state: I = 1/2, mu = -0.5948861 ==> g = -1.1897722
    245 keV: I = 5/2, mu = -0.766 ==> g = -0.3064

    b) g = mu/J = 1/ 1/2 = 2

    c) mu = g * I = -1.913

    (edit: I needed some input from the other users to fully solve this question)
