    In the toy model 0, there is no electron in the nucleus. The charge distribution of the nucleus is then uniform. When an electron is added in the nucleus, the toy model A, the charge distribution of the nucleus is not uniform any more and a correction is needed. This is why this additional charge lowers the energy.
